Shipping policy

FREE Shipping on orders $100 and over apply to all sales unless otherwise specified, except for surfbaords.

If your surfboard is less than 6'1 packed (generally 5'11 board length longest), boards will be sent directly to your door.

However if it is over 6'1 packed, boards will be sent to your local depot for pickup as courier vans do not accept parcels longer than that.

If your local depot is more than 30 minutes drive from your home, we can arrange for a delivery by truck, which will incur additional fees - generally around $30 more depending on size of board and distance from depot.

We ask that you open up the box and check your surfboard for ANY damages before signing it off. The freight forwarder and Ultimate Surf & Skate are NOT liable for any damage occurred once the parcel has been signed off.

We have daily courier pickups from our store in Rosedale and we endeavour to get your item shipped to your door within 1-3 working days in the North Island. In most instances if your orders were placed before 10am, it would be picked up by the couriers on the day itself to be processed at the courier's depot.

If your online order does not exceed $100, then standard shipping rates are applied:

All goods (apart from surfboards and SUPs), are charged fixed freight rates based on zones. After entering your shipping details at checkout - you will be able to see the shipping costs. 

Nominally $7 for Auckland, $10 for rest of North Island, and $15 for entire South Island.
